What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and our technicians. Your ability to communicate clearly and build trust helps create satisfied, long-term customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers professionally
- Listening carefully to customer concerns
- Preparing accurate repair estimates
- Scheduling appointments
- Explaining recommended repairs and maintenance
- Coordinating workflow with technicians
- Following up with customers throughout the repair process
- Maintaining detailed service records
- Delivering outstanding customer service from start to finish
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who possess:
- Previous automotive service advisor or service writer experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and listening abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills

- Valid driver's license
